James Kimball Custom Homes is the culmination of James’ nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry.  As a top Realtor in Clark County, James Kimball has sold over 1,000 homes in Southwest Washington, hundreds of which have been new construction.

Coming from a family in the buillding industry, James has been building elegant homes of up to a million dollars in value since 1996.  As a native of Clark County, James has watched the local market shift and grow first hand.  James’ extensive experience working with hundreds of clients has given him valuable insight into what homeowners want in the design and layout of their homes.  Due to this experience, James is able to take each client’s ideas and desires regarding their dream home and build them into reality.We will build  a home using a popular stock plan or a custom plan personally designed for the new homeowner.  James Kimball Homes has built homes in Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield and La Center.
